  • Be amazed by the Castellana Caves, one of the most important attractions in the South of Italy, with a visit to this extensive system of natural, underground passageways and chambers, known throughout Europe as one of the largest and most formation-filled systems of underground galleries.

  • Enjoy dinner in Polignano a Mare is one of the most spectacular restaurants in the world, carved out of magnificent limestone rocks, with a view over the blue-green Adriatic, the restaurant lies in an unparalleled location.

  • Get lost known in a picturesque labyrinth of alleyways and stairways in Ostuni,  known also the “white city of Apulia”. It is a splendid place, which reigns over olive groves from the Middle Ages.

  • Learn how to cook typical Apulian dishes with a cooking demonstration in a typical Masseria, followed by dinner.

  • Have fun during a 3-hour hands-on, traditional Pugliese cooking class: you will learn how to prepare a 4-course meal including bread and dessert under the guidance of local chefs to listen to Opera Music in a very festive atmosphere!

  • Continue to Lecce for an afternoon guided tour: the city is known as the pearl of the Apulian Baroque

  • Stay in a luxury farm and surrounded by the biggest organic fig plantation in Europe: a resort where the perfumes and colors of the Mediterranean countryside are a basic part of the atmosphere, at only 12 km from Otranto

  • Taste some excellent wines in a Masseria in Torricella, where an enologist will talk to you about the phases of production and the characteristics of the wine followed by a typical dinner with a demonstration of the ‘pizzica’, a traditional dance which is still very prominent in the Salento traditions

  • Explore Gallipoli, founded by Greek colonists as Kallipolis, which means “beautiful city”. Enjoy a 3-course lunch in one of the town's most ancient oil mills and free time to explore the city on your own.

  • Taste the best products of Altamura, known for its particular quality of bread called Pane di Altamura, which is sold in numerous other Italian cities.
